Sometimes You Just Need a Break-And That's Okay

Being an entrepreneur, a business owner, a mom, a wife and trying to grow online and alot of other things is so F-ing hard if i'm honest. It's not for the weak! everyone talke about the hustle, but no one talks about what happens when the hustle starts to hurt.
Sooo... I decided to take a break. A real one.
I've stepped back from doing nails for now, not because I don't love it, but because I love me more. I'm choosing to focus on my family and finally pour into something I've always wanted to do, like... write, social media marketing, and help brands! You know something that fuels me to get up in the morning.
Let me be clear though: this decision wasn't easy. I love my clients deeply. Most of you have been with me since day one, you have seen me grow not just a a nail tech, but as a person. You have trusted me with your hands, your stories, your energy-and I will never take that for granted. You've been part of my journey, part of my community, apart of me. And stepping back doesn't change that .
The past few weeks have been full of those quiet moments where you realize," Yea... I'm not being dramatic. I'm being honest."Honest about how tired I am. Honest about how stretched I've been. Honest about how important it is to pause before burnout comes creeping up on you.
As women, Especially women who wear all the hats, we're told to keep going. Push through. Be strong. But sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is stop, reassess and give yourself permission to stop and rest.
So if you're in that place, where you're showing up for everyone else but running on E, this is your reminder: that it's ok to take a break. It's ok to shift directions. It's ok and it's not too late to start choosing you.
So I don't know exactly what this next season will look like, but I know it'll be rooted in intention, healing and purpose.
Happy Journey!
xoxo
